Bill Miranda is an Air Force veteran, longtime Santa Clarita community leader, business owner, author, and television host. He has served on the Santa Clarita City Council, including terms as mayor, and has been a strong advocate for minority causes, local business growth, and civic engagement. He also founded and led the Santa Clarita Valley Latino Chamber of Commerce, hosted hundreds of episodes of SCV 101, and authored several books, including Profiles in Latino Courage, A New Kind of Mayor, and Faith That Burns Bright.
